Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after payment and order confirmation. Please allow 1–2 business days for standard delivery processing. During new collection launches, promotional campaigns or holidays, processing may take longer.
Delivery Time
For deliveries within Dhaka, standard delivery is typically expected within 1–2 business days & Outside Dhaka 2-4 Business Days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier conditions. Remote areas may require additional time.
Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch. Promotional free-delivery offers may have separate eligibility conditions.

When tracking is available, ELISSIA will share the relevant information through the contact details provided with your order. If you cannot locate your tracking information, contact our team.
Delivery Issues
If a parcel appears damaged, opened or significantly different from the expected condition, please contact ELISSIA as soon as possible and provide photographs of the parcel and product so we can investigate.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before confirming your order. Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply if an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information or repeated unavailability.
